He’s got an amazing sense of humor and thinks about life differently, because he knows he has a limited time to see. He has Bardet-Biedl syndrome which causes retinal degeneration and will eventually render him blind. He’s learning braille and just got a cane to walk with. Like all teenagers; he’s up for any adventure no matter how crazy it sounds. He’s worried about high-school and finding his way around, but knows his family and friends will help him see.
